Girls’ Generation star, Seohyun, will be making a special guest appearance in Korea’s leading primetime drama Warm and Cozy. The K-pop celebrity will make her cameo in episode 13 on Thursday, July 16 at 8.55pm, only on Oh!K, Singapore’s newest Korean entertainment channel.

Seohyun will play the role of Hwang Ok’s niece (played by Kim Sung Oh). In the episode, her effortless beauty and charm has Poongsan (played by Jinyoung from idol group B1A4) swooning, as he manages to convince her to have a second round of drinks at the Warm and Cozy restaurant.

Written by the Hong Sisters and a twist on the fable of The Ant and the Grasshopper, the romantic comedy series from MBC stars Yoo Yeon-seok as Baek Geon-wu and Kang So-ra as Jeong-ju.

Having failed in her career and love life, Jeong-ju decides to move to Jeju where she meets Geon-wu, a chef and restaurant owner, but also a hopeless romantic. With such different personalities, the series explores whether this mismatched couple can find true love on this beautiful island.

Warm and Cozy airs every Thursday and Friday at 8.55pm on Oh!K, available on StarHub TV Channel 816, and Singtel TV Channel 525 (Mandarin) and Channel 611 (Malay). The series has already featured other celebrity appearances, including famed TV actor, So Ji Sub.
