After years of composing and producing for various K-drama OST and K-pop sensations like Super Junior, GOT7, F(x), Henry Lau, Amber Liu and more, Gen Neo made a decision to step forward as an artist in late 2016 to pursue his childhood dream of bringing fresh curated sound to the mandopop scene which he grew up with.

Being vocally trained and gifted with an unique vocal tone, Gen started garnering attention from public via his fresh urban R&B covers of a few iconic mandopop songs on his YouTube channel. Thereafter, Gen continued challenging himself to present mandopop audiences with a new genre of urban R&B songs that are fresh in the scene, starting with his first single “Stop Sugar”. He has released a total of 6 original songs, all penned by him in the same genre. Having released his latest single “Come with me”, he will be returning home from Korea to hold his first ever live showcase in Singapore on the 11th of May at 36SBQ.

Of the show, Gen Neo commented, “I am very excited and ready to experience what is about to come and how I can challenge myself to stage a solo performance that is held independently in a club”. He will be performing all his songs in an informal environment where he can be up close to his fans.

Tickets are sold at $32 in advance and $35 at door including 2 drinks. No minors allowed due to venue regulations. This event is presented by BAMM, powered by The Linch Agency and supported by 36SBQ.
