Korean celebrity chef Paik Jong Won, SHINee’s leader Onew, and DIA / I.O.I’s Jung Chaeyeon were in Singapore in early November to film Go Go With Mr. Paik in Singapore – which is also the 2016 finale of the three-part programme.
Following the wonderful “family” time the trio had spent in Kudat, the trio reunited in Singapore, and true to the literal translation of the programme name (eat, sleep and eat in Korean), they explored local markets in Little India and Chinatown to obtain ingredients to whip up local delicacies such as chicken rice, kaya toast, laksa and bak kut teh; as well as visiting local attractions like Universal Studios Singapore and S.E.A. Aquarium. To celebrate Christmas, Chef Paik will also reveal a special Christmas party menu!
During their short gastronomic Singapore trip, KAvenyou managed to catch up with the three artistes at their Manor, to find out how much they had been enjoying Singapore food and also about their culinary skills!
The 2016 Finale of Chef Paik Jong Won’s overseas project – Go Go With Mr. Paik in Singapore starring Chef Paik, Onew and Chaeyeon premieres in Asia-Pacific on 19 December 2016 (Monday) at 10:30pm (GMT+8).
