#1. I Will Never Let You Go (小女花不弃)
I Will Never Let You Go (小女花不弃) is a historical Chinese drama adapted from its same-title Chinese novel and lead by Ariel Lin (林依晨), Vin Zhang (张彬彬) and Austin Lin (林柏宏). The story revolves around Bu Qi (starred by Ariel Lin) on her journey to find out her real identity after her uncle was killed. Bu Qi was brought her by her uncle as a street beggar for years to avoid getting killed by a group of mysterious assassins. For unknown reasons, Bu Qi’s uncle refused to tell her why they have been on the run since she was young.
On the search of her true identity, Bu Qi was rescued multiple times by the Masked Hero (starred by Vin Zhang) who was also the eldest son of the 7th Prince. It was fate that brought them together as she turned out to be the long-lost daughter of the 7th Prince, making the both of them siblings of the different mothers. The Maked Hero’s real identity was unknown to Bu Qi as she fell in love with him without knowing that he was the son of the 7th Prince. Watch the series to find out if the lovebirds can eventually overcome the obstacles.
The series was a hot topic even before it was aired as Taiwanese actress, Ariel Lin, made her return to the big screens with this historical series. Expect some eye-candies like Kris Sun (孙祖君) and girl-crush Xing En (邢恩), who was crowned as China’s Most Handsome Women.

#2. Legend of Hao Lan (皓镧传)
Fans of the mega-hit Chinese drama series Story of Yanxi Palace (延禧攻略) rejoice as the original casts reunite in the highly-anticipated series Legend of Hao Lan (皓镧传). Produced by the creator of Story of Yanxi Palace (延禧攻略), the Chinese drama series garnered sky-shooting expectations despite the postponement of the original airing date in November 2018 to January 2019.
Lead by Wu Jinyan (吴谨言), Mao Zijun (茅子俊) and Nie Yuan (聂远), the series revolves around a complicated love triangle of the main leads, and the fights and battles during the war period between the Qin and Zhao states. Hao Lan (starred by Wu Jinyan) was exiled from her home and sold as a slave, who was later bought by Lü Bu Wei (starred by Nie Yuan) and offered to King of Qin state (starred by Mao Zi Jun).

The Story of Ming Lan revolves around the adventures of Minglan, the 6th daughter of the Song family. Despite being intelligent and beautiful, Minglan was not favoured by her household and had to keep her skills and talents hidden to survive and avenge for her mother’s wrongful death.
