Coming out on stage singing My Love, we met Seo Inguk for the first time on our sunny island on the night of 12 October at his “Heart Cookie” Asia Fan Meeting Tour. It was his first time being in Singapore and Seo Inguk shared that he felt that his Singapore Heartriders (name for Seo Inguk’s fans) were shy but very welcoming to him.

During a Q&A segment, Seo Inguk shared that he always regreted being too frank on reality shows (on the context of the Netflix reality dating show Better Late Than Single). He found that reality shows were hard for him as the filming period was a long process and he would have to wait for the episodes to be aired before the influx of reactions comes in. He then had to wait for that and adjust his reactions accordingly on screen afterwards. So he tended to overreact, but then started to make mistakes then he would try not to overreact but ended up still make mistakes – making the audience laugh at this cute side of him as he explained his situation.

Another segment of the fan meeting was when fans got to choose what they wanted to do with Seo Inguk within a time limit and someone from the audience chose to duet Couple with Seo Inguk, which he gladly sang along to.

As the fan meet proceeded through the night, we were serenaded with Distant Fate, a song from his drama Doom at Your Service as well as Couple and All For You, which Seo Inguk sang while walking around the audience seats, making his first fan meet in Singapore an unforgettable one for his Singapore Heartriders.
