Fans of K-pop are in for a visual treat next month when they will get to see their idols in a new light. Golden Village has secured the exclusive rights to livestream Midnight Sun: The Musical in Singapore for only three days.

Starring SHINee’s Onew, GOT7’s Young Jae, DAY6’s Wonpil, NU’EST’s Baekho and Lovelyz’s Kei along with other renowned stars, the highly-anticipated musical will be screened live, directly from the Kwanglim Arts Center in Seoul, at GV Funan on 7 May, 9 May and 12 June.

Midnight Sun tells the story of a boy, Haram, who meets a girl, Haena, who cannot be exposed to direct sunlight. Joined by an array of talented K-pop idols and theatre stars, Haram and Haena will be played by different idols for each session. Playing the role of the boy who shines brightly like the mid-day sun are Onew (7th May, 6.30pm), Young Jae (9th May, 1pm & 12 June, 5.30pm), Wonpil (9th May, 5.30pm) and Baekho (12th June, 1pm).

Meanwhile, the starlight radiant Haena will be played by Kei from Lovelyz (7th May, 6.30pm, 9th May, 1pm & 12th June, 1pm) and feature musical actresses Lee A Jin (9th May, 5.30pm) and Kang Hye In (12th June, 5.30pm).

Singapore fans can catch Midnight Sun live at GV Funan on 7 May at 6:30pm, 9 May at 1pm and 5:30pm and 12 June at 1pm and 5.30pm. The Korean musical will run for 100 minutes, and feature English subtitles.
