Rising K-pop sensation KISS OF LIFE brought the house down last week at the Capitol Theatre during the Singapore stop of their 2025 KISS OF LIFE 1ST WORLD TOUR [KISS ROAD]. Their fans, known affectionately as KISSYs, packed Capitol Theatre with their energy and excitement, ready to show their unwavering support for the group.
Comprising of Julie, Natty, Belle, and Haneul, KISS OF LIFE has visited Singapore before, but this marked their first full concert in the city. The setlist featured some of their biggest hits like “Igloo”, “Sticky” and “Midas Touch”, while also highlighting the individuality of each member through captivating solo performances.
Belle was the first to take the spotlight for the solo performances segment. Although she confessed that she was initially a little nervous, she definitely owned the stage with her powerful vocal delivery on “Countdown”, later sharing that the thunderous support from fans made her feel like a rockstar and she had so much fun.
Julie followed with a bold performance of “Kitty Cat”, commanding the stage with her confidence and charismatic rap skills. She also took a moment to thank fans for their unwavering support, promising never to take KISSYs’ love for granted.
Haneul’s solo stage “Play Love Games” began with a video feed of her backstage, where she appeared in a cheerleader outfit, pom-poms in hand. She then made her way onstage and then into the audience, drawing many excited reactions as she got up close to fans.
Meanwhile, Natty mesmerized with “Sugarcoat”, delivering strong, sultry choreography that left a lasting impression and exhibiting her powerful dance skills. She later shared her surprise and joy at how loud the Singapore KISSYs were, saying their energy exceeded all her expectations.
One of our favourite group performances was for the song “Te Quiero”, where the group reappeared on stage with elegant white fans. There was also a segment for slower songs like “Nothing”, which were performed while the girls were seated.
Throughout the evening, the members made a point to reach every corner of the stage, ensuring every KISSY could see them well. KISS OF LIFE engaged with fans in a mixture of Korean and English throughout the show, emphasizing that it doesn’t matter when you fall in love with KISS OF LIFE, as there is no turning back after you become a KISSY! They credited their fans for every step of their journey, describing KISSYs as the reason for their happiness, their ability to perform, and their continued growth.
As the night drew to a close, KISS OF LIFE hinted at hopes of returning to Singapore for an even bigger show in the future. During the final photo segment, there was a sweet exchange when the group shouted, “We love you, KISSYs!” and the fans echoed back, “We love you, KISS OF LIFE!”
With promises that they would be releasing ‘really good music’ soon, we are looking forward to their musical growth and their next visit back to our sunny shores, hopefully soon!
