Start your year right with BoCHINche’s spruced-up Weekend Brunch Menu specially for diners seeking a gourmet adventure. Diners now have five new offerings for brunch that are available from 11.00am to 4.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Adventurous foodies can try the Smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, grilled peppers salad & our sea black pudding. A play on black pudding, a type of blood sausage, boCHINche’s sea black pudding is made up of a mix of seasonal fish, squid, coriander, lemon juice, aji molido and squid ink – guaranteed to pique one’s interest and taste buds.
Keeping true to its Argentine roots, the Dulce de leche pancake, caramelised banana, basil & baked ricotta features boCHINche’s signature dulce de leche, a sticky sweet treat, atop boCHINche’s fluffy pancakes with slices of caramelised banana, chopped basil and crumbly bits of baked ricotta.
Other new brunch menu items include the Organic poached eggs, mushrooms & potato ragout, iberico shoulder 30 months; the Faina & fried eggs with crushed avocado, coriander & aji molido cream fraiche; and the Waffles, mango compote, chocolate crumble & coconut ice cream.
Diners will still be able to enjoy BoCHINche’s well-loved brunch items such as the Organic poached eggs on toast, braised ossucboco & chive hollandaise and the Brioche french toast, house cooked ham & bacon ice cream, that still remain on the menu.

For those game for bold flavours, try the Crispy chicken skin, liver parfait, candied walnuts & grape chutney for a exquisite balance of rich chicken liver parfait and sweet grape chutney, contrasted against textures of crispy chicken skin and candied walnuts.
To complement BoCHINche’s popular meat dishes, BoCHINche now offers three vegetarian Small Plates. Try the Roasted beetroot, goat’s cheese, tarragon & oat crumble for a delightful mouthful of mellow sweetness, the Grilled pumpkin, braised kale, yoghurt & seeds for a boost of vitamins and zing, and the Sweet corn, shallots, mozzarella & oregano empanada, cooked to deliver a delicate, fragrant sweetness.
Other new Small Plates menu items include the Hokkaido scallops tiradito, tomato water, avocado & yucca; the Sweet corn, shallots, mozzarella & oregano; and the Potato & cabbage gratin. Fret not, hot favourites such as the Classic provoleta, almonds, oregano honey as well as the signature Veal sweetbreads, piquillo peppers & garrapinada are still available on the menu.
