After a two-year wait, Singapore TongTongs finally welcomed Byeon Woo Seok back to The Star Vista with resounding cheers and glowing Seok Bong lightsticks. The crowd chanted “Woo Seok!” three times before the actor opened with “Flower Road”, setting an upbeat tone as fans sang along.
Returning to the stage with a tower of books in his arms, Byeon Woo Seok brought “The Secret Library” concept to life. “I’m so excited to see you again after two years,” he told the crowd. “It’s been a long time, but I’m determined to make good memories tonight. Let’s have fun tonight!” For fans who attended his previous tour, the reunion was made more meaningful by handmade banners thanking him for keeping his promise to return to Singapore.

“The Secret Library” gave Byeon Woo Seok a chance to revisit memories with his fans while creating new ones along the way. The first chapter, “The Librarian’s Secret Records,” offered a glimpse into his life lately.
With his schedule taking him around the world for overseas fanmeetings, he shared that one of his current routines is monitoring his performance at each tour stop. Looking back at his previous Singapore visit, he admitted that he had been more nervous two years ago and found it difficult to take everything in. This time, he makes an effort to look at fans individually, much to the delight of the crowd.
The conversation also revealed some familiar habits. Asked about something he has recently become good at giving up, he mentioned fruit before bed. Although he sometimes craves it at night, sleep usually wins. “Sleep becomes sweeter if I skip the fruits,” he joked. Sleep was also the one thing he said he could not give up.
The crowd erupted when the actor was asked to share a secret meant only for his fans. “I love Woo Che Tong more than anybody in this world,” he said, before leaning back into the sofa in embarrassment and sending a series of hearts towards his fans. He also mentioned that he sends many red hearts via Weverse DMs.
The actor and his fans had previously created a special pose to recognise one another if they happened to meet on the street, which involved jumping on the spot three times. When asked if Singapore would get a brand-new version, the actor suggested something much simpler: eye contact! He demonstrated the new signal by making eye contact and winking towards fans across the left, centre and right sections of the venue, sending the audience into squeals of excitement.
Looking ahead to the rest of 2026, the actor also shared his small goal of wrapping up filming for his upcoming drama “Solo Levelling,” telling fans to look forward to it.

The actor also got into the local spirit during an acting challenge, trying out expressions like “OK la!” and “SWEE la!” Fans challenged him to portray different emotions before recreating scenes from his past works. Lucky fans also joined him on stage to recreate some of those scenes and take Polaroid selfies, to which the audience cheered in support of their fellow TongTongs. Byeon Woo Seok proceeded to praise the fans for their acting and said he hoped they could have more fun acting together when he returns.
Launching into the fan-favourite “Sudden Shower” from the well-loved drama “Lovely Runner”, he had the whole audience hall holding their breath to admire his sweet vocals. Next, Byeon Woo Seok returned to the stage to sing “No Fate” and with the iconic line of “만날테니까”, he hinted that he would be coming down the stage to get closer to Singapore TongTongs. With “Loveholic” and “Run Run” playing in the background, the actor ran across the aisles of the first floor meeting everyone as close as he could to admire and send hearts to his fans.
The second chapter, “The Secret Chapter,” unfolded and gave fans a chance to see Byeon Woo Seok do a couple of challenges to remember the exact numbers from a past scene in “Lovely Runner, the mosi-mosi dance challenge, and fanning paper chilli crabs into paper plates (to which his slight cheating was absolutely forgivable and adorable in our opinion).
Of course, no Singapore visit would be complete without food! The actor then revealed that one of the first things he did after arriving last night was indulge in chilli crab, also adding on to share that there was about three servings in his stomach! He also had the opportunity to walk around Singapore, taking in the city and visiting some of its famous sights, including Marina Bay Sands.
The final chapter, “The Librarian’s Receipt,” brought the focus back to the fans. Byeon Woo Seok read messages written on green four-leaf clover confetti and made an egg roll for three lucky fans, complete with ketchup hearts. Ten winners were then selected as part of “Destiny’s Bookmark” to collect signed caps after the show.
The night closed with photo time and “Sudden Shower,” with fans singing along as the actor joined in with a short snippet. For the final performance, Byeon Woo Seok sang “Fate Line” from “Perfect Crown” as the night drew to a close. “I had an amazing time. I’ll try my best to come back as quickly as possible. I’m working really hard on my new drama, so please wait patiently for me. Let’s meet next time!”
After two years, the actor’s return to Singapore ended with another promise to meet his TongTongs again, bringing “The Secret Library” to a close while leaving its next chapter open for his next return to our sunny island!
