Following Nichkhun’s visit to Singapore weeks back for tvN Asia’s Wok The World, the original production is elevating the experience this time round with Wok The World Cooking Competition!
For those who have not caught Wok The World, the culinary adventure sees Michelin 3-star chef, a.k.a. Demon Chef, Alvin Leung along with his protégé, MasterChef Canada Season 1 winner, Eric Chong and K-pop heartthrobs, Nichkhun of 2PM, JinJin of Astro and Alexander Lee, also known as Xander, embark on a quest to bring Chinese culinary traditions to a new level. The journey covers Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and the Philippines. The chef duo transforms celebrated traditional Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisines into new gastronomic creations.
Held on 6 January 2019 (Saturday) at Adventure Cove Waterpark, Resorts World Sentosa, home cooks and aspiring chefs will be able to get feedback from top chefs, Alvin Leung, Eric Chong and Li Kwok Kwong, as well as show host Xander.
This event is open to the public as well; waterpark-goers can also witness the top chefs in action during the Wok The World Cooking Competition.
Wok The World broadcasts on tvN in Asia and Viu every Monday at 22:30 (GMT+8) from now till 31 December 2018.
