Starring Lim Ji-yeon and Choo Young-woo, “The Tale of Lady Ok” is a historical romance drama set during the Joseon Dynasty.

The story follows Goo Doek-yi (Lim Ji-yeon), a brilliant slave who is dedicated to helping others despite her own struggles. When circumstances force her to assume a secret, fabricated identity as Ok Tae-young, the lady of a prestigious household, her life takes an unexpected turn.

She meets Cheon Seung-hwi (Choo Young-woo), a travelling storyteller who’s instantly smitten. Seung-hwi decides to stay by her side and protect her no matter what, while uncovering the truth behind her hidden identity.
