Disney+ Super Junior Documentary Reminisces How A “Project Group” Became The “King Of Hallyu Wave”

As an E.L.F for more than 10 years, imagine to my delight that Disney+ gave me the opportunity to have the first view of the documentary SUPER JUNIOR: THE LAST MAN STANDING.

This documentary brings us through the journey of how Super Junior started originally as Super Junior 05 with the intention of just a “project group”, and till now “King of Hallyu Wave”. This definitely gives new and old fans more insights on how the group was formed, the behind story and how members felt as the group grew together from pre-debut to debut, to now.

The many footage that were shown during the documentary also included other members like Ki Bum, Han Geng, Kang In and Sung Min. *OT13!*, even though they were not part of the interview for the documentary.

Throughout the documentary, I kept pressing the pause, rewind and play button just to get a better view of “infants” Super Junior. They were really cute and I can’t help swooning over the glow up every member had. Especially Heechul (my bias *ahem*), he was such a sass when he was young (he is still now!)

As a longtime E.L.F, certain stories that were shared were new to me too. Footage was also shown when the members were preparing for their debut.

Be sure to catch SUPER JUNIOR: THE LAST MAN STANDING on Disney+ now if you want to listen and watch never-before shared stories and footage about your favourite idol on their journey to become “King of Hallyu Wave”!
