Korean webtoon-based film Start Up to hit Singapore cinemas on 9 January 2020

Are you ready for adulthood?

From the creators of Veteran & Exit, comes the next Korean webtoon-based movie Start Up – starring Ma Dong-seok, Park Jeong-min, Jung Hae-in and Yeom Jung-ah. Start Up is a movie about a clumsy, rebellious teenager named Taek-il (Park Jeong-min) who meets a mysterious, bob-haired chef named Geo-seok (Ma Dong-seok) and Sang-pil (Jung Hae-in), a reckless teenager who is eager to make money, and their taste of the real world drawn out in a hilarious way.

Start Up, the film adaptation of the webtoon of the same title, which started as a series in 2014 and has since gained a strong fan base, is set to spark a heated frenzy once again. Filled with unpredictable bursts of laughter and colourful episodes, Start Up promises to thrill audiences of all generations across theatres this new year.
