Clover Films and Golden Village Multiplex are excited to introduce their latest programme – JJANG WEDNESDAY, a Korean movie fiesta!
JJANG (짱) is a widely known Korean slang, which translates to ‘awesome’ in English. The collaboration aims to bring a wider variety of quality Korean movies to local audiences in Singapore. The Korean movie fiesta will take place every Wednesday from 11 July onwards, for six consecutive weeks, with six new Korean movies screened each week.
The exciting line-up includes drama film LITTLE FOREST; crime-thrillers THE VANISHED, SEVEN YEARS OF NIGHT, and MARIONETTE; adult comedy WHAT A MAN WANTS; and romance film A TIGER IN THE WINTER. With the dedicated Korean film night, there’s an opportunity to screen more niche Korean movie titles on the big screens in Singapore.
Golden Village Movieclub members stand a chance to win attractive prizes in a lucky draw at the end of the six-week fiesta, with the top prize being a pair of return tickets to Seoul! There are also 8 sets of Dookki dining vouchers worth up to $100 each to be won at the lucky draw, when they purchase a pair of tickets to any movie screened at JJANG WEDNESDAY.
Catch the exciting movie line-up at JJANG WEDNESDAY from 11 July onwards, at Golden Village Plaza and Tiong Bahru. Tickets are priced at S$10 for Golden Village Movieclub members, S$13 for public; and are now on sale online and at GV cinemas!
