Strawberry season is coming to an end soon as spring is arriving and the weather in Korea is getting warmer. Most cafes have came up with a seasonal strawberry menu, and for those who cannot get enough of the fruit, there are strawberry buffets as well.
1. JW Marriott Hotel – ‘I Love Strawberry’
Featured on Tasty Road recently, JW Marriott Hotel’s Lobby Lounge is offering their Strawberry Dessert Buffet on weekends, albeit coming along with a slightly high price of 56,000 won. According to the show, the top 3 reccomended dishes there are the strawberry pot (cookie + strawberry jam + sponge cake), strawberry tiramisu and strawberry mousse. Alternatively, you can opt for the slightly cheaper Strawberry Afternoon Tea Set available on weekdays.

2. The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul – Berry More Dessert Buffet
The Berry More Dessert Buffet features around 30 strawberry desserts including macarons, cakes, more cakes and perhaps a slice of strawberry heaven as well. This buffet is also only available only on weekends, with 2 slots available currently. Due to the popular demand for the buffet, the duration has been extended from April 12 to May 5!

Of these 3 places, this is the cheapest option and best of all, the buffet is available everyday! Technically, the buffet only costs 19,500 won, but the choice of the 12,500 won strawberry juice is compulsory (and it better taste like it’s worth 12,500 won!)
