CRAVITY Opens A New Chapter With Second Full-Length Album ‘Dare To Crave’, Out On June 23

Boy group CRAVITY is making a comeback with their second full-length album, ‘Dare to Crave’ on June 23.

‘Dare to Crave’ will feature a total of 12 tracks, including the title song ‘SET NET G0?!’, along with ‘On My Way’, ‘SWISH’, ‘Rendez-vous’, ‘PARANOIA’, ‘Straight Up To Heaven’, ‘Stadium’, ‘Marionette’, ‘Underdog’, ‘Click, Flash, Pow’, ‘Love Me Again’ and ‘Wish Upon A Star’.

Notably, all members participated in the songwriting or composition process, drawing attention to the group’s growing musical involvement.

  • Serim took part in six tracks, including the title track ‘SET NET G0?!’, ‘On My Way’ and ‘PARANOIA’, and unveiled his first self-composed song, ‘Marionette’.
  • Allen contributed to eight tracks, including ‘SET NET G0?!’, ‘Rendez-vous’ and ‘Stadium’.
  • Woobin raised the album’s quality by producing ‘Rendez-vous’ and writing lyrics for ‘Click, Flash, Pow’.
  • Wonjin participated in the lyrics for ‘Love Me Again’ and revealed his first self-composed song ‘Wish Upon A Star’, showcasing his unique sensibility.

Some members also challenged themselves with lyric-writing for the first time since debut.

  • Jungmo penned lyrics for ‘Straight Up To Heaven’ and ‘Love Me Again’,
  • Minhee contributed to ‘Click, Flash, Pow’,
  • Hyeongjun joined the lyrics for ‘Stadium’, ‘Click, Flash, Pow’ and ‘Love Me Again’, revealing his hidden talent.
  • Taeyoung participated in ‘Love Me Again’;
  • While Seongmin helped complete ‘Love Me Again’ and ‘Straight Up To Heaven’ with his honest and delicate lyrical touch.

Additionally, this album includes CRAVITY’s first-ever unit tracks.

  • ‘Straight Up To Heaven’ is sung by Jungmo, Woobin and Seongmin,
  • ‘Stadium’ by Allen, Wonjin and Hyeongjun,
  • and ‘Marionette’ by Serim, Minhee and Taeyoung.

Each track delivers CRAVITY’s unique narrative through distinctly colored unit performances. Adding to the anticipation, MONSTA X’s Jooheon participated in producing ‘Underdog’, lending his full support and hinting at an album more diverse and authentic than ever.

‘Dare to Crave’ represents a new chapter for CRAVITY as they explore the theme of “craving” atop the narrative foundation they’ve built so far. With raw melodies and lyrics, the group brings forth their inner emotions and continues their journey through an ever-expanding universe.

On June 4, CRAVITY signaled this new beginning with a concept film and logo motion, introducing a new meaning to their group name — a combination of “CRAVE” (desire) and “GRAVITY”, along with a fresh logo symbolizing grapes and vines.

Since their debut in 2020, CRAVITY has steadily built a reputation for refreshing live performances and diverse choreography, backed by their own original concepts. They’ve earned the nicknames “Vocalvity” and “Perforvity” for their talents. Last year, they won Mnet’s ‘Road to Kingdom: ACE OF ACE’, and further cemented their unique storytelling style through their December 2023 single ‘FIND THE ORBIT’, which depicted the bold youthfulness of the group’s journey.

This comeback is especially meaningful as the group celebrates their 5th anniversary this year. It marks CRAVITY’s return roughly seven months after their last single album ‘FIND THE ORBIT’ in December 2023, and their first full album in over three years since ‘LIBERTY : IN OUR COSMOS – Part 2’ in March 2022. Expectations are high for this release to showcase more layered music and rich content.

CRAVITY’s second full-length album ‘Dare to Crave’ will be released on June 23 at 6 PM (KST) through various online music platforms.
