FNC Entertainment’s newest 5th Generation K-Pop boy group AMPERS&ONE is set to make their way to Singapore for their first fan meet just one year after their debut. CK Star Entertainment proudly presents the first international stop of “2025 AMPERS&ONE FAN MEETING ‘&Dear. My First _’” at the Gateway Theatre on 10 January 2025 (Friday), 7.30PM.
The group’s name, a combination of the words “ampersand” and “one”, symbolises the collective aspirations of the members who came together as individuals in order to chase their dreams together. The group is made up of seven members: KAMDEN, BRIAN, JIHO, SIYUN, KYRELL, MACKIAH and SEUNGMO.
The septet embodies the global reach and appeal of K-Pop, with its members hailing from different parts of the world. Bringing together cultures from South Korea, Australia, Canada, and the United States, this global group not only has the advantage of speaking multiple languages — Korean, English, Chinese, French, and Spanish — but also the potential to propel their music beyond borders and reach a vast international audience.
Even before their official debut, several members of AMPERS&ONE got to step on stage and make their names known through various idol survival reality shows: Most notably, KAMDEN, JIHO, and BRIAN showcased their talents on Mnet‘s “BOYS PLANET” in 2023.
Just a year ago in November 2023, AMPERS&ONE made their debut with the self-titled single album “AMPERSAND ONE”. Leader KAMDEN took part in the lyric-making for the lead single, “On And On” (2023). A pop-dance number with more than 10.5 million views on YouTube till date, the track has a refreshing sound complemented by energetic choreography. This combination marked a strong beginning for the group’s musical journey; the album debuted at 11th place on the Circle Album Chart in South Korea during its first week of release, and led to the group’s nomination for Male Rookie Of The Year at the Hanteo Music Awards.
In addition, the group was recently nominated for Best New Male Artist and Artist Of The Year at the prestigious 2024 MAMA Awards. These impressive achievements for a rookie group underscores AMPERS&ONE‘s massive potential and sets the stage for their future successes.
AMPERS&ONE‘s highly anticipated first mini album “ONE QUESTION” was released in October 2024. Jung Yong Hwa, the leader and main vocalist of CNBLUE, who is from the same label, participated in composing and writing the title track, “He + She = We” (2024). Blending funky house with fresh, upbeat dance melodies, the song delivers an energetic and infectious sound that hooks listeners from the first play. The album peaked at No.7 on the Circle Album Chart in the week of its release.
With their captivating aura, exceptional talents, and mesmerising performances, AMPERS&ONE has quickly captured the hearts of many and gained a dedicated fanbase, affectionately known as “ANDEAR” — the name symbolises the connection between AMPERS&ONE and their dearest, most precious fans.
AMPERS&ONE is ready and excited to meet with “ANDEAR” through their first-ever fan meeting tour, “2025 AMPERS&ONE FAN MEETING ‘&Dear. My First _’ in Singapore”. The tour will begin with two stops in Seoul in November 2024, before heading to Singapore in January 2025, the only stop in Southeast Asia.
