SISTAR finally returned back to the shores of Singapore as the members graced the opening of the Skechers flagship store in Ngee Ann City, followed by an after party held outside ION Orchard.
Prior to the store opening events, KAvenyou joined the ladies at a group interview session where they shared some tips about their sexy and healthy figures and also their latest comeback, Shake It.
As the newest ambassadors of Skechers, the members also like the brand’s variety of designs which makes it easy to match with their outfits. Also when working out, SISTAR will always wear Skechers outfits which further enhances their body lines. Besides regularly working out to tone their bodies, the members are also often in heels when on stage, which helps to tone their legs.
When asked about songs they listen to when working out, Dasom likes listening to hip-hop, while the others just listen to whatever’s playing in the gym!
SISTAR’s summer essential would be choosing the right sunblock for your skin, and according to Soyou who exclaimed excitedly, their summer song is none other than SISTAR’s Loving U.
Dasom revealed that she had 5 days of vacation and visited Singapore recently, and if she has a chance to go on a longer vacation, she would like to visit US or Mexico, or places where she can do water sports. Meanwhile for Soyou, she does not mind travelling anywhere!
Of course, the media interview ended with a photo of the girls posing with their favourite Skechers shoes – Hyorin and Dasom opted for a more monochrome option while Soyou and Bora chose brighter shades.
The after party kicked off with a series of fashion shows, as dancers showed off their sleek dance moves, while models accompanied with children strutted down the stage, showcasing the different series of Skechers footwear and apparel to match each and every occasion.
The highlight of the after party was left for the last – as the new ambassadors of Skechers appeared on stage to greet their fans. Donned in trendy Skechers footwear, SISTAR performed Shake It, Touch My Body and Ma Boy, as their sexy dance moves drove the crowd wild. 100 lucky pass holders also had the chance to get upclose with their idols as they got an opportunity to take group photos with the members.
