Birkenstock: The All Black Zurich

Birkenstock: Iridescent Arizona

German footwear maker, Birkenstock, had collaborated with Japanese fashion brand, Beauty & Youth, for the creation of the exclusive pair of Zurich & Arizona sandals. Both sandals are unisex but ideally, ‘The All Black Zurich’ would be highly recommended for the guys and ‘Iridescent Arizona’ would be for the ladies.

For ‘The All Black Zurich’, Birkenstock decided not to use the standard cork foot beds and it is replaced by a stylish black molded foot bed this time round. Just like the name of the sandal, the upper section of the exclusive sandal is in stylish black as well so that the sandal gives off an all black ninja feels.

For the ‘Iridescent Arizona’, the leather sandal upper section features an iridescent strap which is why Birkenstock named it, Iridescent “Mirror” Arizona. The glossy strap is accompanied with classic standard cork sole bed, along with white outsole.

It will be prefect to enjoy the ‘hot’ seasons with a new pair of sandals. Time to dress up in lepak style for this ‘hot hot summer’!

In Singlish, lepak means chill or to hang out with friends, loiter about and do absolutely nothing. Commonly used in Malaysia.
