SEVENTEEN‘s Seungkwan sure had long-time K-pop fans reminiscing about the good old times when he held a 3-hour long “We Remember K-pop” VLIVE broadcast late night on September 8, where he played a series of 2nd generation K-pop idols’ songs, which saw over 3 million viewers tuning in to.

Just by looking at some of the song titles, I can already feel a wave of nostalgia hitting me. Apparently, many Korean viewers also shared the same sentiments, as his song recommendations topped the real time search charts of Melon. Mnet’s PD even tweeted about his VLIVE broadcast as well:
This was indeed a blast to the past, bringing back so much fond memories for 2nd gen K-pop fans like me – we’ll need to give a big thank you to professor Boo Seungkwan for conducting this K-pop history lesson for his viewers, which he affectionately dubbed as “K-pop students”.
