21 July 2016, Singapore – Not quite Friday yet, but we are enthusiastic to get this to you. We have heard and always raved about Michelin starred restaurants around the world, and marking our travel itineraries full of such restaurants (whatever the price point) seems to be a very Singaporean thing. Wait no more as we are going to have our own with a bang! Welcome the Michelin Guide Singapore 2016 that was launched during a gala dinner-cum-awards on the 21 July 2016; held at the grand ballroom in the Resorts World Sentosa.
During the public event, which was an unprecedented first (usually an invite-only event); actual Michelin stars were awarded to the best food in Singapore. If the launch of the Singapore Bib Gourmand Awards excited you, this is the real deal. So which of these have you already tried? Time to join the queues before the tourists joins in!
