Canadian actor Ryan Gosling makes his Saturday Night Live hosting debut with the episode premiering on Comedy Central on Saturday, 12 December at 10pm in Singapore (SingTel mio TV Ch 324 (HD), StarHub TV Ch 516 & StarHub TV Anywhere, and Toggle Ch 322 (HD)) and a repeat will air on Sunday, 13 December at 12.25pm. The charming heartthrob couldn’t help but crack up several times during the show. One such instance, the “Close Encounters” sketch saw Gosling, Kate McKinnon and Cecily Strong describing their experiences of being abducted by aliens to the NSA, and Gosling came off giggling at the end from McKinnon’s story. Gosling next stars in the film The Big Short, while first-time musical guest Leon Bridges released his critically acclaimed debut album, Coming Home, earlier this year. The episode featuring Leon Bridges’ performance will premiere on Friday, 18 December at 9.20am with repeats at 3.10pm and 9.35pm on the same day.
