Kimchi surely is the first thing that pops up in one’s mind whenever the topic of Korean food is brought up. Besides being a side dish staple and a common ingredient used in Korean cuisine, some food establishments have also crafted out innovative dishes using kimchi. Without having to fly all the way to Korea, we have managed to some places in Singapore offering such items on their menus.
