On Monday, 27th April, she also attended the Singapore press conference for her new album.
She shared that the terms ‘Departure’ and ‘Goodbye’ held a special meaning to her. To her, these terms signify that “we have to say goodbye so that we can meet again”. She said, “I really like the Chinese word ”再見” (goodbye). Maybe people generally think that it comprises a little regret and sadness, but I don’t think so. Although we are saying goodbye now, but we can look forward to the next time we meet.”
Lastly, Karen is very grateful for the support she had received. She said, “I hope to be able to return to Singapore for a concert soon, so that I can sing for everyone.”
