The 16th edition of the Main Square Festival will take place in the Citadel of Arras, on June 30th, July 1st, July 2nd and July 3rd 2022. CL is the first K-Pop artist to perform at the even on June, 30th.
The Main Square Festival is an annual international music festival organized by Live Nation. It takes place in the first week-end of July in Arras, France. Created 18 years ago, the festival has seen performances by some of the biggest artists of the past decades.
In 2022, the festival will welcome its first K-Pop artist. CL, who recently performed at Coachella, is expected to make an other grand festival performance on the Greenroom stage from 7:30pm to 20:30pm.
She’ll perform alongside DJ Snake, the french singer Angèle, SCH and many more. Other headliners performing during the festival include Sting, Black Eyed Peas and Twenty One Pilots.
Tickets are available on the festival’s website starting from 54 euros. Additionnally, ticketting also has camping site options (8 euros / night) for festival-goers coming from further away.
CL’s latest release is the album “ALPHA” and its title track “Let It“, dating from November 2021.
The festival will be CL’s first performance in France since 2012 when she performed in Cannes with 2NE1, and a rare opportunity for her fans in Europe to finally see her live.
