22 September 2012, Jakarta – W Productions and MP Entertainment sparked the light of Jakarta with the Indonesia’s biggest concert ever, SMTown Live World Tour III Jakarta. The crowd has been waiting for the show at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium Jakarta since early in the morning. All fans were excited to watch the show because for many of them, this was the first time they would be able to see their idol performing live in Indonesia. The fans were gathered in front of the venue’s gate since around 7 AM and the show started at 6.30 PM.

The fans’ long wait was over when f(x) opened the show with their stunning performance. All fans cheering for f(x). All the colorful light sticks started to move along with the rhythm of the song. Although Sulli was not able to come to Jakarta, f(x) still gave the audience a lot of electric shock.

After dancing along with the upbeat song from f(x), the audiences in the stadium was pampered by a sweet performance from KangTa. The SMTown sunbae sang two songs in the beginning of the show and successfully melted the audiences with his charm. The show continued with hit songs, special performances and collaborations from the artistes such as the Jung Sisters (Krystal & Jessica) with “California Girls”, TaeTiSeo and EXO (Luhan, Sehun, Chanyeol) with “DJ Got Us Falling in Love Again” and many more.

The stadium turned blue after Super Junior took onto the stage. All fans were shouting and cheering with their full energy. Super Junior made all elfs in the stadium chant and hysterically shouting with their performances, and the blue stage turned red when TVXQ performed their hits. With powerful chants from the audiences, Max and U-Know set stage on fire.

Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon rocked the stadium with her dark performance in “Devil’s Cry” and joined by the rest of Girls’ Generation for their  performances. Coincidentally, 22 September was also Girls’ Generation Hyoyeon’s birthday. All Indonesian SONEs who gathered in the Festival  A shouted “Saengil Chukka-HYO” and Taeyeon asked all the audiences to sing a birthday song for Hyoyeon. A birthday song was also sang by all audiences for Shinee’s Key who is having his birthday on 23 September.
