If you’ve been to Busan, chances are most likely you have tried this famous fishcake store, Samjin Amook / 삼진어묵 (also known as Samjin Eomuk). Founded in 1953, Samjin Amook is the oldest Korean fishcake maker originating from Busan, and even today, there are still always long queues at any time of the day.
Good news – Samjin Amook has just opened its doors in Singapore, and this Singapore outlet will be its first international outlet outside of Korea!
If you are unfamiliar to this brand or their offerings, fret not! We’ll introduce the signature food items that will be available in the Singapore outlet (they don’t sell purely fishcakes!):
