Organizers for Celebrate Songkran 2014, which was supposed to be held at the Padang, has announced that the event will now only feature the H2O Music Fest, and that the venue has been changed to the Wave House at Sentosa.
Taking various factors into considerations, Organizers today announced that the venue for the H2O Music Fest has been changed to the Wave House at Sentosa.
“We felt the need to switch venue as it would better suit our attendees. Wave House is a well-known feature on Sentosa, and with its infrastructure and setup, it makes it more feasible for us to host the event at their premise while allowing our attendees to have a unique experience,” said T J Chin, Event Producer & Director.
With the switch in venue, all other features of Celebrate Songkran (such as the Bazaar, the Carnival and Muaythai Exhibition Tournament) will be removed altogether. However, there will still be a mini-bazaar set up within the event premises.
The Organizers feel that with its line up of performers, along with the venue change, the integrity and initial concept of the event will be maintained, and that attendees will be able to enjoy the 2 days music extravaganza, against the backdrop of the stunning Siloso beach.
The H2O Music Fest will be held at Wave House Sentosa on 12 and 13 April 2014.

A 2-day music extravaganza held in the evenings. This music and entertainment showcase will be headlined by electro-hop act Far East Movement and will also feature top DJs including the likes of DJ Visionaire, Nam Gyu Ri (popular South Korean Actress), Inquisitive, Celeste Siam, Nicole Chen as well as hugely popular performing artists from Thailand such as Film Rattapoom, 3.2.1, Four Mod, Faye Fang Kaew (FFK), Neko Jump, Knomjean and Waii, among others, and international acts including Krista K, Viva Starr and Ming Bridges.
