Get ready for a bright Christmas at Sentosa this December holiday! The State of Fun is hosting a huge variety of activities throughout the festive period. Activities to keep not just the kids, but the whole family, entertained.

SPEND YOUR HOLIDAYS AT SENTOSA

The spectacular Symphony of Lights returns to brighten up your holidays on 28 November. A Christmas light-up spectacle like no other, Symphony of Lights features colours and lights synchronised to joyous Christmas tunes, taking you on a visual and auditory journey on the island as it gets transformed into a magical wonderland when night falls. Be prepared for the delightful squeals of your children as they get hit with a sense of wonder while walking under twinkling lights from a 6-metre tall Christmas tree to a majestic arch.

Christmas Cheers will also offer you a chance for a sing-along. There, you’ll be treated to live music performances while you relax, watch the sunset and sample some delicious grilled food in an alfresco setting. Enjoy the sounds of Christmas carols from Voxapella – a group of singers with talents for both harmony and rhythm – or a lively jam session from Ukulele Groove, led by Joseph Yip, well known for his energetic strumming and ‘Rod Stewart-singing voice’.

Your kids will love Christmas Joy, an array of Christmas-themed activities at the Port of Lost Wonder, Singapore’s first kids’ club by the beach. Make your own gingerbread man cookie, build a snowman, ride on a merry carousel, watch the elves at work, take a dip in the Snowy Wonderland (bubble party), or cool down in a frosty pool house. The young ones might even be lucky enough to spot the big man in red giving away candy, but only to those good little boys and girls!

Finally, be sure to check out Wings of Time on Siloso Beach. This award-winning multi-sensory light extravaganza tells the story of courage, mystery and magic. As the world’s only permanent night show set in the open sea, it is sure to dazzle you with the latest multimedia effects, including 3D projection mapping, state-of-the-art lasers, robotic water fountains and giant water jets. It will definitely captivate the imagination of every family member.

EAT AND BE MERRY

Don’t forget to refuel during the day at Port of Lost Wonder’s Port Belly and give your taste buds a treat or two. Your kids will definitely lap up the Kid’s Menu, featuring – among others – slurp-able spaghetti bolognese and savoury chicken nuggets, served with fries, fruit jelly and Ribena, for $10.90. If you prefer sharing, pick the Family Platter, an ultimate meal that features calamari rings, grilled winglets, cocktail sausages, breaded fish bites, chicken nuggets, nachos, french fries and a Margherita pizza for $54.90.

Other eateries on the island including those at ONE°15 Marina Club and W Hotel Singapore will also be offering festive specials this December. With options ranging from Asian delicacies to Christmas roasts, you and your family will be kept satisfied all day long.
