Sensation of Stage (S.O.S), a brand new Indonesian girl band managed by YS Media Entertainment just released their MV “Drop It Low” earlier on valentine’s day (14/2). S.O.S is one of Indonesian group who performed with 4Minute and Phantom in “Volume Up Party Jakarta 2012”. The song “Drop It Low” is composed by Seo Yong Bae and Hwang Sung Jin, two Korean composers who composed songs for Ailee, Orange Caramel and 4Minute. In their MV, the six members of S.O.S (Mary, Sun, A.G, P.B, Yeye and J.L) acted with a well-known hallyu star, Phantom’s Hanhae.

In an exclusive and warm interview with KAvenyou after their performance in TopKpop event  Jakarta (17/2), S.O.S said that they are very happy and fluttered to work with Hanhae in their first MV. “There was a language barrier between us, but we had a great time working with Hanhae,” said A.G. Actually they have met Hanhae in several events but they never really talked or worked together and it was pretty awkward at first, but they really enjoyed the filming process. “It was very cold when we filmed since it was winter in Korea,” the girls added.

Along with their company senior, S4, S.O.S had their training in Rainbow Bridge agency, South Korea. In the agency, they were trained by Jeon Hyu Jung, 4Minute’s dance trainer. They had their training for a year in a very tight training schedule. When asked about their training experience, the girls were very excited and said that they learnt so much from their trainers and seniors in the agency. Even though there was a language barrier, all Rainbow Bridge staffs and other trainees were very warm. “Not only we received vocal and dance trainings from great trainers, we also learnt about time management, discipline, attitude and a lot of positive things.” Sun also added, “We were very happy that we had our dance training with 4Minute’s trainer.”

S.O.S is going to bring a fresh and new taste to Indonesian music, said Mary and the girls. Even though they were trained in South Korea with KPOP style training, they will always keep their originality and the taste of Indonesian music and culture. When asked about their future plan, they said that S.O.S wanted to be known not just in Indonesia, but also in other countries especially in Asia. “Please keep supporting us so in the future we could make our debut in the whole Asia,” they said.

The six girls of S.O.S show their appreciation and love for 911—the name of their fans. “Please keep support and pray for us. We hope Indonesian music fans would accept us in the industry.” Last but not least they said, “Berikan banyak cinta untuk S.O.S (Please give much love for S.O.S).”
